2/3 cup of breadcrumbs
1/4 cup of onion, coarsely powdered
2 minced cloves of garlic
one big egg
Two tablespoons Sauce made with Worcestershire pepper
1/4 cup of Dijon mustard
thyme, dry, 1 teaspoon
Toss with salt and pepper.
oil from olives, 2 teaspoons
Given the gravy:
Butter, 2 tablespoons
2-Tbsp. of regular flour
Worcestershire sauce (one tablespoon) and two cups of beef broth
Toss with salt and pepper.
