2 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into 2 inch pieces
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 cup diced onions
2 jalapeno, sliced
Vegetable oil for frying
Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup cold water
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp cornstarch
Optional: red pepper flakes
