STEAK & SHRIMP FAJITAS PASTA:
10-12 shrimp, tail off and deveined
1/2 lb flank steak, cut in thin strips
1/2 bell pepper, cut in strips
1/2 onion, cut in strips
1 package fajitas seasoning (I used McCormick)
2 cups heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 tsp oregano
2 cups aged sharp white cheddar, fresh shredded
3 tbsp oil
8-10 oz pasta of choice
