### Ingredients:

– 500 g beef (sliced thinly)
– 2 large onions (sliced)
– 2 cloves garlic (minced)
– 1 red bell pepper (sliced, optional)
– 1 carrot (julienned, optional)
– 150 g mushrooms (sliced, optional)
– 2-3 scallions (sliced, white and green parts separated)
– Vegetable oil for cooking

– 3 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp oyster sauce (or hoisin sauce)
