Steak Bites with Garlic Butter πŸ€€πŸ˜‹

Ingredients :
Β½ cup soy sauce
β…“ cup olive oil
ΒΌ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon black pepper
Β½ to 1 lb flat iron or top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
How to Prepare
Marinating the Steak:
Combine Ingredients: In a large ziplock bag, combine soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, basil, parsley, and black pepper to form the marinade.
Add Steak: Place the steak pieces in the bag, seal it, and gently shake to ensure the steak is well coated with the marinade.
Refrigerate: Let the steak marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, allowing it to soak up the flavors.
Cooking the Steak Bites:
Heat Skillet: Preheat your skillet until it’s very hot.
Cook: Using a slotted spoon, remove the steak pieces from the marinade and place them in the hot pan. Discard the remaining marinade. For medium-well steak bites, cook for about 3 minutes, or adjust to your preferred doneness.
Serve: Enjoy the steak bites hot, perhaps with a side of garlic butter for dipping
