4. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef tenderloin on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare. Adjust cooking time as needed for your desired doneness.
6. Remove the beef from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
