Shape: Take the mixture out of the food processor. With damp hands (to prevent sticking), press the mixture onto a lined baking tray or a large plate. Flatten it into a rectangle or square, about ½ inch thick.
Chill: Place the tray or plate in the fridge for a few minutes. This step helps the energy bar mixture to firm up, making it easier to cut.
