Mashed Potato and Meat Casserole Recipe

The most DELICIOUS DINNER in 10 minutes! My grandmother’s recipe

Ingredients:

For the mashed potatoes:

4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste

For the meat layer:

500g (1 lb) ground beef or ground meat of choice
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for cooking

For the cheese topping:

2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
