Mango Pavlova

▪️Prepare the Meringue:
Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a clean mixing bowl, beat egg whites on medium speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add granulated sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form and the mixture is glossy.
Gently fold in cornstarch, vinegar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Spread the meringue mixture into a round shape on the prepared baking sheet, creating a slight well in the center. Bake for about 1.5 hours or until the meringue is dry and can easily be lifted from the parchment paper. Turn off the oven and let the meringue cool completely inside.

▪️Prepare the Topping:
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
Once the meringue is cooled, top it with the whipped cream and generously add diced mangoes.

▪️Serve:
Drizzle with mango puree and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color.
Slice and serve immediately for a delightful treat!
