Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

4 large russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (or your favorite herb blend)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
