2 tablespoon mayonnaise optional
2 clove garlic freshly grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Sriracha sauce for spicy option
TO SERVE
8 pieces pita bread – or soft tortilla

1 large red onion chopped
4 medium ripe tomatoes chopped
