Add the sugar, yeast and milk to a suitable bowl and mix. Add the olive oil and yogurt and continue mixing.
Add the flour and salt in a controlled manner and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough and wait for two layers to form.
Remove the air from the fermented dough and divide it into two equal meringues. Open the meringues with a rolling pin and with the help of a container cut out the dough and give it shape.
I arrange the loaves that we have shaped on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. I cover the plate and let it rest for 5 minutes.
I bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for 6 minutes.
