Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear pork chops until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add onions and mushrooms, sautéing until softened. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir to combine. Slowly add chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring continuously.
Return pork chops to the skillet, cover with the gravy, and transfer to the oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until pork chops are cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
