- 5 large egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Strawberries:
- In a bowl, combine the sliced strawberries with 1/2 cup of sugar.
- Let the mixture sit for about 30 minutes until the strawberries release their juices.
- Use a blender or food processor to puree the strawberries until smooth. Set aside.
