This Lemon Custard Cake has become a family favorite after four bakes!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs, separated
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 1/4 cups whole milk
Powdered sugar for dusting
