Beat the egg yolks and add the hazelnut cream.
Beat the egg whites and add them to the first mixture.
Place the mixture in a cake tin or plumcake mold and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.

grated coconut
PROCEDURE
Mix the biscuits with the hazelnut cream.
Form balls and fill them with the hazelnut cream.
Cover the balls in grated coconut.
