Recipe Ingredients:

395 grams (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk
100 grams (3.5 ounces) of shredded coconut
4 eggs
1 tablespoon of baking powder

Instructions:

First, gather all four ingredients. Place them in a mixer and beat for about 3 minutes until you get a smooth and homogeneous batter.

Next, pour the batter into a greased baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes.

Finally, check if it’s done, turn off the oven, remove the cake from the pan, and serve.
