Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, and black pepper.
Glaze the Salmon:
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the maple glaze generously over each fillet.
Bake:
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through. Brush with additional glaze halfway through cooking if desired.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
