1. Prepare the Cake:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and mini marshmallows. Stir until the marshmallows are coated with flour.
- Prepare your favorite chocolate cake batter according to the recipe instructions.
- Gently fold the flour-coated marshmallows into the cake batter until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
2. Bake the Cake:
- Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan.
3. Prepare the Icing:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the confectioners’ sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder.
- Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
4. Assemble the Cake:
- Once the cake has cooled, pour the warm icing over the top of the cake, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
- Allow the icing to set for at least 30 minutes before serving.
5. Serve and Enjoy:
