Directions:
1. Prepare the Chicken:
o In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken with 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce until the chicken is well-coated.
2. Assemble the Sandwich:
o Take 2 slices of bread and butter one side of each slice. Place one slice butter-side down in a skillet.
o Layer the BBQ chicken mixture on the bread, then place 2 slices of cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.
o Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
3. Cook the Sandwich:
o Heat the skillet over medium heat. Cook the sandwich until the bread is golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
o Carefully flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, another 3-4 minutes.
4. Serve:
o Remove the sandwich from the skillet, slice in half, and serve hot.
