Ultimate Chocolate Fudge Cake: A Celebration of All Things Chocolate!


Instructions:

Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract and beat until smooth and spreadable. Frost the entire cake with the chocolate buttercream.

Chocolate Ganache Drip: Heat the heavy cream for the ganache in a small saucepan over medium heat until simmering. Remove from heat and pour over the chopped chocolate. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy. Let the ganache cool slightly until it thickens (it should be pourable but not runny). Slowly drizzle the ganache over the top edge of the cake, allowing it to drip down the sides.
