BEEF ROAST POT

    1. Roasting beef – season with ingredients and sauté on a skillet over the stove
    2. Placed in a casserole dish
    3. Add a cup of water
    4. Add more Creole spices to taste and cover with tin foil
    5. Bake at 350 degrees for two and a half hours
    6. Remove the tin – add the carrots and potatoes
    7. Put in the oven again and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes or as desired
